| Outside | Patio, patio furniture, lawned garden. Parking for up to 2 cars – please discuss any visitor arrangements with the owners in advance. |

| Suitability | Ideal for walkers, sight seeing and boating enthusiasts. Adults only. No single sex groups e.g. stag parties. All groups must have an adult over 25. Sorry no pets allowed. No wheelchair access. No smoking in the barn. |
| Dining out | 2 pubs / restaurants and 1 cafe/restaurant in Dittisham. Many to choose from in Dartmouth. |
| Rental period | Minimum 1 week. Check in Saturday after 3 p.m. Departing occupants are requested to vacate the barn on Saturday by no later than 10 a.m. so that we have sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for the next visitors. Please enquire for out of season short breaks or B&B in the main house (Kingston Cottage) anytime. |
| Payment | 25% (non-refundable) deposit by cheque for phone booking. Provisional reservations will be cancelled after 7 days if cheque not received. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday – reminders not issued and booking cancelled if balance not received by the specific date. Deposit Not refundable. Full rent required immediately if booking made less than 6 weeks of holiday. |
| Cancellations | In the event of a cancellation made at least 6 weeks prior to holiday we will try to re-let the barn. If we are successful the balance will be refunded however the deposit is Not refundable. |
| Deposit refund | £150 is to be paid with balance – 6 weeks prior to holiday. This to cover Key return, damage etc. Refundable within 2 working days of departure or later should the owner identify issues. Occupants are asked to immediately notify the owners of any problems. |
